In this fun, action-packed workshop, we look at ‘British Values’: What are they, how do we implement them and what are the benefits to us all?

Together with our actor, the children will explore what it means to engage and take part in society, enabling them to contribute in a positive and valuable way.

During this workshop, the children will:

  • Understand what British Values are: Tolerance, Democracy, Rule of Law, Respect, and Individual Liberty

  • Explore the history of diversity in Britain particularly Black Britain from the Windrush to the modern day

  • Ask the question, why do we need ‘The Rule of Law’

  • Perform a Poem celebrating tolerance and respect and take part in a quick fire quiz
